Our proudly MADE IN THE USA SF-20W is designed to deliver a spot-free rinse. The SF-20W Car Wash filter uses a specially formulated hi-capacity DI media to remove mineral ions and provide an ultra-pure demineralized water with very low TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) resulting in a spot-free finish. Mineral-free water is a dream for vehicle enthusiasts and has many other uses such as window washing, chrome finishes and wheels, cutting the time used for drying by ensuring residual water won't leave any spots. Most DI systems on the market today are designed for professional use and utilize large tanks that would prove cumbersome to the average consumer. Our filters eliminate the need for large systems with complicated installation, offering a compact, quick and easy solution for deionized spot-free rinse water for personal use. The SF-20W is most effective for final rinse with the spray nozzle set to mist with 0.5GPM flow to allow for maximum DI media contact removing minerals from the water. It is critical that the surface has been thoroughly cleaned prior to using the spot-free rinse system for best performance. For best results it is recommended to wipe-off any excess of water and let air-dry in the sun. The SF-20W system can be used on cars, trucks, motorcycles, RV's as well as home use for rinsing windows and any other surfaces where a spot-free rinse finish is desired.
